How do I qualify for monthly financing?There are no strict requirements for our financing. Typically, having a good credit score with along with any income history will already qualify you for financing. If you are declined, reach out to us so we can discuss alternative financing options.

Which payment methods do you accept?We accept debit and credit cards as well as e-transfer.

How long do the e-bikes last on a single charge?We offer a very wide range of e-bikes. Some of our models will get you upwards of 200KMs on a single charge!

Is there a security deposit required for rentals?We typically require a security deposit of $500+ depending on the model you choose. This is refunded to you when the bike is returned.

Do you offer gift cards or referral programs?Yes we do, please contact us.

How do I deal with bike theft?Bike theft is rampant in big cities, especially for e-bikes that draw more attention. To keep your bike secure, make sure you use a high level security lock (Sold Secure Gold or above). You can also incorporate additional security measures like motion-alarms and GPS trackers. Further, you can purchase theft insurance for your e-bike. Contact us to learn more.
